Ans: San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans:
(I) Experience and Knowledge: I have a lot of experience in the SAHP as I was the HOD of SWAT and then the DHOD of CID. I have led both divisions really well and proved my leadership and Law Enforcement skills. I am also a former SCJ, which gives me a lot of experience in the Legal field which is necessary to lead a Law Enforcement Organisation like SAHP.
(II) Improving the Organisation: I want to use my skills, knowledge and experience to lead the SAHP in a way that will increase the reputation of the organisation in the city and more citizens will choose SAHP over other organisations because in my term this organisation won't be like a 9-5 job, instead it will be a organisation which follows all the proper procedures and still maintains the fun and interest.
(III) Passion for SAHP: While I was a High Command in SAHP, i've dreamt of one day leading this organisation to set an example of how a Law Enforcement organisation should be led. I have a lot of plans to increase activity, improve rp quality and just make the organisation fun for everyone.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans:
(I) I will train my members to do proper roleplay during arrests, hostage situations, etc. And my HRs will train them OOC rules and IC procedures to prevent OOC rule breaks and IC law suits.
(II) I will ensure that the lobby is covered day and night so that citizens can get vehicle Insurances, licence plates and any help that they require from us.
(III) Departments in my term:
Public Relations (PR): The PR team will work to gain trust and support of the citizens, conduct internal and public events to motivate employees to work, and motivate citizens to join the SAHP.
Traffic Enforcement Department (TED): The TED members will focus on issuing accurate fines, patrolling the highways, check posts and speed checks.
Human Resources (HR): The HR team will ensure that we have a good amount of qualified, trained and skilled troops in the organisation. Every member will be properly trained
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): The SWAT team will be focused on arrests, drug busts and warrant execution through proper legal procedures.
Criminal Investigation Department (CID): The CID will work together with the CID of FIB to collect and collate evidence of gangs and criminal families.
Internal Affairs (IA): My IA will ensure that members are active, disciplined, following all legal procedures and maintaining proper evidence through random activity, log, licence, body, bodycam and background checks.
(IV) I will conduct fun internal and public events with the help of my PR team to gain the public's trust, motivate employees to work and attract new members to join.
(V) I will hire a DA to train my members about legal procedures, arrest procedures and the State Legislation to prevent SAHP from law suits, allegations and subpoenas. And if there are subpoenas, my DA will defend and respond to those properly.
(VI) I will give promotion opportunities and good bonuses for active employees to ensure that they get their rightful reimbursement for their hard work.
