Oliver was born in India and moved to Los Santos at 14 to pursue higher education. While he was finishing his diploma, his parents came to visit him in the city. During their visit, they were tragically killed in a store robbery shootout. His friend’s father, a police officer, investigated the case. He worked hard to find those responsible and eventually brought justice for Oliver’s parents. After their loss, Oliver was placed in an orphanage. During that tough time, he often visited his friend’s house. Being around his friend’s father showed him what life as a police officer was really like. Over time, Oliver began to admire the dedication, discipline, and purpose of the job. Noticing Oliver’s growing interest and determination, his friend’s father decided to support him. He helped pay for Oliver’s police academy fees and training, giving him the chance to start his journey in law enforcement and work toward honoring his parents’ memory.

Oliver joined the police academy and completed his training. He became a police officer with the San Andreas Highway Patrol. After joining SAHP, he moved up through dedication and hard work. Later, he decided to change fields and joined the FIB. There, he continued to grow through his efforts. During his time in the FIB, Oliver joined the Human Resources department. This role quickly became his favorite. At the same time, he participated in undercover operations because he had a strong interest in that work. Over time, the pressure and heavy workload began to affect him. Because of this, Oliver decided to step back and started studying law to pursue a new career. He excelled in the legal field. After a while, Oliver found himself switching between roles in the FIB and the legal field. After spending significant time with SAHP, he began to remember his experiences in the FIB. This reflection led him to decide to return to the FIB once again.
