I Just recently started playing Grand again, and it was my 2nd day today and i got bannend for banevade and the ID that it shows was 201228, I dont recognize this ID anymore! Maybe I might have known him in the past! and maybe did some transactions with him but i belive it been more than 1 year

Can you please look into it and let me know too why i received this
