2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wish to lead the National Guard with clear chain of command within the organization. The national Guard has a crucial role in protecting state interests and controlling weapon distribution. As a leader I want to implement transparent logging systems. i want to build a disciplined organization in the city.
I have strong experience in different state organizations. I have worked in National Guard up to Brigadier General (BG), where I learned leadership qualities and discipline. This experience will help me manage the organization effectively and also, I have experience in GOV up to the rank of Chief of Staff (COS) and SAHP up to Commander.
Currently I am serving as a Commander in SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
A Leader should always maintain standard rules of RP and every member should be trained in basics and advanced RP rules and i will focus on meaningful organization in the city and clear communication inside the Organization is very important.
NG wants to be more active, and we will handle the Armory with smoothly and we will ensure that we will deliver armory on time to the respected other organizations too.
