Event details :
Title: "The Great Exchange"

The city is about to witness one of the most critical days in its judicial history. The Deputy Leader of the city's most powerful gang is currently undergoing final sentencing inside the Capitol Building. Simultaneously, the State Governor is returning from an inspection at the DOC via the Highway.

The Scenario:

1. The Interception: A coalition of gangs will ambush the Governor's car on the Highway. The objective is not to kill, but to capture the Governor alive.
2. The Leverage: With the Governor as their hostage, the gangs will drive straight to the Capitol Building.
3. The Standoff: Gangs will surround the Capitol and demand the immediate release of the Gang Deputy Leader in exchange for the Governor’s life.
4. The Negotiation: LEOs must halt the trial, secure the perimeter, and send a negotiator to the front steps. The exchange will take place in plain sight.
5. The Climax: Once the hostages (Governor and Gang Deputy) are swapped and secured by their respective sides, the ceasefire ends. An all-out battle will erupt at the Capitol grounds to determine who leaves alive.

How is the event won?

• Gangs Win: If they successfully secure the Deputy Leader and manage to escape the area / or eliminate all LEO forces present.
• LEOs Win: If they secure the Governor safely and neutralize the attacking gang members / or re-arrest the Deputy Leader.

Prize for the winner:
$400,000 Cash.
