The organization that is conducting the event: Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event: A luxurious car show will be hosted at the car parking of Rockford Plaza / Carcer Way. Only 10 participants will be allowed as the venue doesn't have enough space. The 3 most luxurious cars will win this event. A group of 3 people will evaluate the cars and give out their votes. All aspects of the car will be taken into account for the evaluation, such as Exterior Condition and Interior, Performance Specs, Exclusivity/Rarity, Customization Quality and presentation.
How is the event won? The group of 3 people will give out their votes, person with most votes wins the event.
Prize for the winner: 300k for first place, 200k for second place, 100k for third place
