Hello Lebron and admin team ,
First of all, I would like to request a review of this case. My forum account has been banned twice regarding this situation, and Mr. Lebron has lifted my forum ban twice. You can be sure that after this case is reviewed, this will be my final appeal. The final decision is of course yours.
I would like to thank Floki for reviewing my previous forum topic. However, I believe that the decision made was incorrect, which is why I am submitting this appeal.
Initially, I was accused based on edited videos. In my previous forum post that Mr. Floki reviewed, I shared the full and unedited version of that video. In that video, it is clearly visible that I did not help any cheaters in any way. Despite this, I received the response: "Punishment is correct + I do not see any attempts to report 144757 or 156441 to admins."
First of all . I did not know that these people were cheaters. I only knew that the player with ID 144757 had previously been banned for ban evading. I knew this because we had a conflict before and I knew he had been banned. I informed both my deputy and my leader about this situation. Both of them asked me for proof. I did not understand why proof was necessary, but while I was trying to collect proof, these events happened.
Regarding player 156441: before he was banned, he had gotten around two kills during a turf. People in our voice chat started asking him jokingly if he was cheating. He then said something like “Yes, I’m cheating, report me.” After that, he started arguing with the player with ID 144757. The player with ID 144757 (Davis) claimed that 156441 was ban evading and started showing his old videos to people in the voice chat.
At that moment, the deputy of our gang at that time, Celestra, became suspicious of 156441 during these conversations. Immediately after that turf, he removed this person from both the gang and the Discord server. One day later, that player was banned.
As for player 144757, I already had previous conflicts with him. Once I collected the proof showing that he was ban evading, I was planning to report it directly to the admins. However, I still warned my deputy and my leader about this situation as a turf leader.
It is clear that I did not help either of these two players. If I had been the deputy or the leader of the gang and ignored these situations without reporting them, then your decision to keep my punishment would be justified, Mr. Floki. However, I was neither the deputy nor the leader. My only role in the gang was being a turf leader, which means organizing teams like 5v5 or 7v7 when a registered squad attacked us. I only had a role in Discord for organizing these fights.
Also, most of the proofs presented against me are edited videos of only 1–2 minutes. For these reasons,
I respectfully disagree with Floki’s decision and request that my punishment be removed.
