i was on my way to collect a bounty and when i arrived he left the game to avoid rp situation which is rulebreak GR6.2.
he knew what he was doing as he was hiding in a spot not many people would go so he knew i was there to kill him.
please punish this person accordingly as people doing stuff like this ruins rp in the city
