1. Leader of Ballas.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
- I want to be the leader of Ballas gang is because i have seen many terms vanish just because of lack of effort into running the ORG. one of the reasons for wanting to be the leader as this gang carries alot of memories with , i remember my old days when i got into the game and wanted to have gang side rp but my experience was neglected and disturbed due to the leaders , they them self did not wanted the gang to be active that was and is the reason why gangs are lacking behind. To be an active leader and participant my self i want to acquire the leader ship of Ballas.
- The second and one of the key motive for me being entrusted is my role play experience. I have been playing Grand RP project from more then about 2 year , in this period of time i have done alot of rp and tried to handle some gang my self by being the deputy of them. The gangs and the legal orgs which i tried to handle were successful in gaining the compliments of the curators. As an RP enthusiastic i have gained alot of knowledge and experience which is indeed enough for becoming a successful leader.
- As i have been playing rp since a very long time i have managed to secure a lot of good relationships with my co - rp player this would give me an advantage over others to make the gang active. Leading Ballas was always my dream , the exciting days as a leader ,the exciting rp performance as a leader has always fascinated me, hence i need to make my wish stand.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As we know that one of the main and key part of being a leader is to maintain high standers of role play and improving the role play. I will take the following measures to improve role play in my org,
1. Max bonuses will be issued ( The reason behind is simple more bonus = to more people being engaged in role play )
2. My Deputies will work hard and I will constantly monitor each of the member ( Due to this people will get motivation from their higher ups and will adopt and inherit gang rp from my experienced deputies)
3. Attending the max events possible ( reason: Engaging members)
4. Getting a weekly reports about members entrust in gang.
