Rejected Unfair Punishment

i got punished for Running over someone, but the thing is i was chasing somebody, who also got punished, you can see in their video i was trying to avoid them but they kept running over the street, i was chasing the guy in the orange car, but for some reason these green dudes got in my way, i am certain the guy who reported us was trying to get us punished for no reason , you can even see i was trying to avoid them but they kept being unpredictable and running towards our car, i want the punishment to be removed because its a big mistake
