1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I want to become an admin on GrandRP because I spend a lot of time on the server and I really enjoy the community. Over time I’ve learned the rules and how the server works, and I want to help keep the roleplay fair and enjoyable for everyone. I often see situations where players are confused about rules or where problems happen, and having more active admins helps resolve those situations faster.

3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are that I stay calm in stressful situations and try to handle problems fairly. I’m patient when dealing with players, especially when someone is confused about the rules. I’m also active on the server and pay attention to what’s going on around me, so I can notice issues quickly. Another strength is that I’m willing to listen to both sides before making a decision, which helps keep things fair.
4. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that sometimes I overthink decisions because I want to make sure everything is fair for everyone. This can make me take a little longer to respond in some situations. Another thing is that I can be a bit hard on myself if I make a mistake, but I try to learn from it and improve.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
I can bring patience, activity, and problem-solving skills to the admin team, allowing me to stay calm, be active in helping players, and handle situations fairly..
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, I currently don’t have any IRL issues that would prevent me from being active.

I just want to add that I’m very active on the server and forum, I enjoy helping new players, and I’m committed to keeping the community fair and fun for everyone.
