Life Story:
Seko was born into a very prestige family in the West of Russia his dad was incredibly rich. Seko would always question where his dad would get his money from his dad would never answer and said it was just business. Later on when Seko turned 18 his dad showed him his great criminal syndicate with over 500 members helping him they were controlling huge parts of cities and they kept growing. Seko's dad took him together to buy new weapons from a weapon arms dealer. Seko was incredibly happy and immediatelly went with his dad to a abandoned warehouse, afterall who would try and hurt Seko and his dad they were super powerful. They went up to the man and got ambushed immediatelly shots rang out from everywhere Seko got hit 4 times his dad passed away on the spot Seko barely survived with the bullet wounds and his members took him to the hospital after clearing the rest of the criminals. Seko barely survived and the criminal syndicate they once had slowly faded away, eventually Seko decided to change for the better and moved to the USA.
Career Story:
Once seko moved into the USA he was living nicely and he had enough money from his dads criminal syndicate, however Seko his live was boring and he decided to seek justice for his dad and joined the National Guard. Seko ranked up quickly as he had experience with guns it was nothing for him as he ranked up he got bored of sitting at the gates all day to protect the gates. Seko decided to go the LSPD and joined as a cadet he proved worthy getting arrest after arrest and joining the IB team collecting evidences on multiple criminal syndicates easily helping the FIB complete multiple raids after 4 weeks he was already a high command. He got bored once again but this time instead of switching careers he wanted to switch his lifestyle and besides who does not want some extra money.
Outcomes:
1. Seko can ask for bribes (either cash or guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth upto 100K maximum)
2. Seko can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3. Seko can help suspects escape jail (darknet) or from custody.
4. Seko is able To Sell/buy legal/illegal weapons and Items from the black market. (Not ORG weapons)
5. Seko can smash and break bodycams. (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
