Chevi Odds, born and raised in Baltimore, experienced the harsh realities of life while striving to excel in school and work. Witnessing the criminal side of the city taught him that nothing comes for free. His parents weren’t always around, so he had to fend for himself most of the time. This, in turn, led him to turn to a life of crime, engaging in actions such as robbing, torturing, and killing as necessary to survive.
Within all this, he has seen how corrupt some of the people that are mean't to protect the public can be; in turn, this inspires Chevi to be corrupt himself later.
Fortunately for him, he was never held accountable for these actions, and he also established many valuable connections. Once Chevi graduated with a major in cybersecurity and a minor in medical school, he immediately enrolled in a police academy in the city of Los Santos. There, he made even more connections and established himself deeper into the city's roots.

Chevi ended his story momentarily as a Federal Attorney under Satrico Narcos, deciding to take a long vacation from the city and occasionally returning to aid friends and new employers. From the dirt roads of the SAHP to the bustling streets of LSPD, or the high-crime life of FIB, Chevi has had his roots in almost every state organization.
From the bureaucracy of government, to the honor of National Guard, and the reporter's life of Life Invader, Chevi could achieve anything he set his mind to.
He has also since received additional education in a variety of fields, and especially harnassed and made thosands of connections.
Upon his eventual return, he had joined EMS as a first responder and left to go under Oscarr Wick as the Deputy Head of Spec Ops.
Deep down, while Chevi felt his passion for helping people was still burning, something felt missing.
Despite having made it to the top of SAHP and LSPD, as Undersheriff or Deputy Chief of Police, there was a piece of the puzzle missing.
That piece was the thrill of corruption.
Chevi had learned and nearly mastered the art of corruption in his prior days of glory; he has since learned more about how to use his position for higher gain and maximum force toward criminals.
His prior resentment towards the flawed justice system still stands, and he feels it's time to take these criminals back to his days of glory.
Chevi has 3 main goals for the next chapter of his story:
1. To punish criminals, or even people who are often repeat offenders, or commit heinous crimes against society.
2. To make as much money as possible, from as many sources as he can identify and utilize.
3. To evade capture and provide as much misinformation and misdirection as possible; his ally is staying undiscovered.
But ultimately, his main goal is to take back the control of his life that he once had.
Outcomes:

Chevi believes that his hands as an officer are too clean, which means he can engage in any criminal activities while on or off duty
(This includes ghetto killing off-duty and robbing people off-duty.)
2.
Chevi feels that the justice system has failed him; he can break any state law, whether on or off-duty
(CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest act, etc.)
3.
Chevi believes that the system is not enough to make people better and sees it as biased, so Chevi can detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill anyone (following server rules and with RP reason).
4.
Chevi feels that the justice system is unfair, so he may reduce any 10-15's sentences and fines, but he may also increase them to a bogus amount (Up to 100k in extra fines).
5.
Chevi’s desire for success makes him see the value in breaking 10-15s out of prison, thereforehe may break any prisoner out of the DOC utilizing the darknet.
