2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 When I arrived this city I was trying to be a legal officer and I found SAHP. I been there and got my first rank was Master Trooper. Then I have showed a great activity and got Commander of SWAT. I was so proud and learned many things from Undersherrifs and thinks I am capable to lead a great org NG now. I have been age 10 now and thinking about leading a NG to be most active in the city.
2.2 I I looked up to leaders with admiration, and my dream was to become a leader myself. Today, I believe I have an opportunity to lead this wonderful NG, and I think I am a strong candidate. I may not have participated in an NG before, but I believe I have the necessary knowledge and want to test myself in an interview. If you give me leadership today, I have great plans to manage the most powerful organization in my life. I want to attract people to this organization.The final word is yours, dear curators.
2.3 I've seen many leaders fail before, but I will eliminate that from my leadership history. You may approach me with prejudice because I'm new to the city, which is normal, but at least I want to try. Maybe if I become a leader, everything could be much better for NG. Being a leader is my dream.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Being active is one of the most important things for me, and there will be an NG organization that attends every event NG is involved in. I will participate in every event with a leadership attitude. Being active is my first promise, and I will definitely ensure this.
3.2 I will assign different active units to each department. I will ensure that each department is active and replace any inactive ones so that we will be active. The MP department will be very strict; we will ensure that discipline is maintained. Everything comes after discipline. We will ensure that the PR department holds one event every day. The special forces department will conduct at least one ghetto patrol every day.
3.3 I will organize small events to encourage soldiers to be active, for example, “300k for the most active soldier of these 3 days,” and this way, people will want to join to the organization and be active. There will be different types of these events, and I will make sure that they are active. With my strong deputy team, I hope I can prove myself in the interview.

MP (Military Police) : Officaly its IA (Internal Affairs) It maintains discipline and order.
AF (Air Force) : We will monitor the gangs' movements from the air and try to gather information about FZ raids. We will ensure that at least one helicopter remains at air.
Spec Ops : The department organizes the special operations.
HR (Human Resources) : The department that hires new soldiers to the Organization.
