Dear Jonny,
I entered an incorrect ID number, I'm very sorry.​

For a long time, the impact of my account being stolen kept me away from the game. I had lost all of my assets, so I took a long break. Now, when I tried to log in again to return, I saw that my guardian was banned. Right before I took the break, I changed my character’s name, but I don’t remember it. I remembered the name that was changed when it was stolen, and that’s all I know. Respectfully.
I was banned before as well. Is this a permanent thing if I don't log into the server?​
