I am contacting you regarding the permanent ban issued on my account on the Grand RP RS server under rule GP 1.7.

I believe that this decision was made without a complete and proper review of the circumstances. The items that were found in the trunk of my family vehicle were not obtained through my actions, nor was I aware of their origin at the time I removed them. Despite this, the most severe sanction was applied to my account without a thorough consideration of the situation.

Please note that I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and financial resources into this account through donations and in-game purchases. The permanent removal of access to my account and digital assets without sufficient justification may constitute financial loss and damage.

Therefore, I formally request that you review this case once again and reconsider the decision regarding my account.

If this matter cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, I will be forced to consider initiating legal proceedings in order to protect my rights and seek compensation for the damages incurred.

I hope that this situation can be resolved amicably and without the need for further legal action.

Additionally, I would like to address the issue of donations made on the server. Real money was contributed in exchange for in-game benefits, privileges, and digital goods associated with my account. As a result of the restriction placed on my account, I have effectively lost access to these paid digital assets.The removal of access to content obtained through monetary contributions raises concerns regarding consumer protection and the handling of paid digital services. If this matter is not resolved through a fair review, I reserve the right to pursue further action regarding the financial losses related to these donations.I would also like to emphasize that, as part of a further legal review, the method by which monetary donations are collected and recorded on the server may be examined, including whether such payments comply with applicable tax and financial regulations related to the provision of digital services.I would also request information regarding the legal entity operating the server, including the name of the legal entity, country of registration, and business address, in order to determine who is responsible for collecting donations and providing digital services to users.
