Hello Lebron,
I was permanently banned by Rafael Promillo for supporting ban evading.
I want to emphasize that I do not support multis, ban evaders, cheaters, or anything like that. I distance myself from all of this completely.
I have already written two unban appeals, but both were denied. The second time I received the response that I had financially supported multiple ban evaders. I have only been Vice in the Omerta family for two days (which Media Alvaro can confirm), and I immediately get banned for supporting ban evading. What I can confirm is that I have never given money to a ban evader or invited someone into the family knowing they were a Ban Evader. As a Vice in a family, my responsibilities also include financially supporting my family members.
We had only recently reopened the family and had no members. I wanted the family to become very successful, and together with my high ranks I looked for players who could participate in events for us. If they ask me nicely, of course I donate the Revo upgrade. And if family members come to me and say “invite this guy, he’s good, he came from DE03,” then naturally they also get whatever upgrade is necessary. In these cases, I cannot possibly know if someone is a ban evader or not.
I even made an announcement in the Discord that new members would only be accepted after a vote to avoid these kinds of issues. I always checked the family list to make sure there were no ban evaders or cheaters in the family. My high ranks can also confirm that I never gave money to or invited a ban evader.
“Supporting ban evading” means helping someone evade a ban — but what I’m being accused of is financially supporting them. How am I supposed to know if someone is a ban evader when family members tell me “he’s a friend of mine”? And before I became Vice, suddenly I wasn’t considered a supporting ban evader. By that logic, the whole server would need to be banned if giving money to new IDs is enough — but I’m the only one being banned because I’m Vice in a family and fulfilling my responsibilities. I’m simply not stingy with my money and I’m trying to build new connections for myself and my family.
Isn’t it normal and good to support new players on the server a little bit?
We can never see the evidence of why we are banned. I don't even get told which players I supported. If they see my logs and ban me because of that, then the whole server should now be checked for the logs. Kathi Tired too. I'm sure that each of us has already given money to someone we don't know and who was banned the next day. If I give money to a cheater without knowing that he cheats, am I then a financial cheating supporter?
Logs are not evidence. I want to see a clip where I 100% know that he is a ban evader and I still give him money. That is 100% evidence. How am I not supposed to feel lied to when I can't even see any evidence. The whole server is getting worse from day to day because too many are being banned without 100% proof.
Thank you for your time listening.
Best regards, Izan
