Hello dear administration team,
First of all, I would like to respectfully apologize for the situation that occurred. If my actions caused any misunderstanding or violated any rules, I am truly sorry for that. It was never my intention to break the rules or gain any unfair advantage.
Unfortunately, due to current economic conditions, the computer I use is quite limited in terms of performance. My system consists of an AMD Radeon (TM) R7 370 Series (2048 MB VRAM – 1400 MHz), an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU, and 16 GB of RAM. Because of this, I usually receive around 30 FPS on the server and often experience heavy FPS drops, which makes the game very difficult for me to play.
The reason I used redux was only to improve my FPS and make the game playable for me. With redux installed, my FPS increases to around 60–70 and the game becomes much smoother. I made sure that the redux I used does not provide any unfair advantage such as seeing players through objects, removing fog, or anything similar.
If this situation is considered a rule violation, I sincerely apologize. I completely respect the server rules and the work of the administration team. My intention was only to improve my performance so that I could enjoy the game properly, not to gain any advantage over other players.
I kindly ask you to reconsider my situation. I truly enjoy playing on this server and would be very grateful for another chance. If necessary, I am fully willing to remove any modifications and follow all rules strictly from now on.
I have been using my computer for approximately 5 years, and it has become quite old.
I would like to cooperate fully with you to have my ban lifted.
