I want to become the leader of Marabunta because I have experience in gang roleplay and I understand how the organization works. I know the rules, hierarchy, and responsibilities of the gang. With this knowledge, I can manage members properly and ensure everyone follows server rules while maintaining strong roleplay.
2. Improving Roleplay Quality
My goal is to improve the roleplay level inside Marabunta. As a leader, I will encourage members to stay in character, avoid rule breaks, and participate in realistic gang activities. I will organize RP situations such as negotiations, territory conflicts, and alliances to make the gang more active and enjoyable for everyone.

A gang needs good coordination and discipline to succeed. I want to lead Marabunta because I can manage members, resolve conflicts, and motivate the team to work together. 1. Proper Training for Members
New members should receive proper training about server rules, gang rules, and roleplay standards. This will help them understand how to behave during RP situations like conflicts, negotiations, and interactions with other organizations.
2. Create More Roleplay Scenarios
Leaders and high ranks should organize regular RP events such as meetings, alliances, territory disputes, and internal gang activities. This will keep the organization active and improve the overall RP quality.
3. Respect Server Rules and Avoid Rule Breaks
Members should strictly follow server rules such as avoiding metagaming, powergaming, and combat storing. Following the rules helps maintain fair and enjoyable roleplay for everyone.
