Hello,

My report:
Rejected - GR 6.19 | 167854

was rejected with the reason “No Rule Break Seen.”

However, in the screenshot it can clearly be seen that player 167854 wrote “Fucking idiot” towards me in chat.

Because of this, I would like to ask for clarification:
Is GR 6.19 applicable in this situation or not?
