I am writing to appeal a permanent ban I received from Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) while playing. I want to clarify that I have never used any cheats or prohibited software to gain an advantage in the game.
The ban occurred due to a technical "injection" issue, which I believe was caused by a malware/virus present on my system at that time. I was not aware that this background process would interfere with the game's security system.
I am fully committed to the fair play rules of Grand RP. I have already taken steps to clean my computer and ensure this never happens again. My Grand RP account itself is not banned, but my Rockstar access is blocked, preventing me from joining the server.
I am ready and willing to undergo a full PC Check by the admin team to prove my innocence and show that no cheats are present.
