These two guys were ramming into every rental car for drivers license and running people over as well. They rammed my car into the water as soon as I started my test.

Here is the cab driver and myself arriving at the center. You can see the two guys in red sports car try to ram the rental but hit us instead as we approached. They then began to curse everyone out. The first video I posted is right after I got in my rental and tried to start the test. For some reason the first clip i sent was only 22 seconds. I tried to clip that right after I clipped the first part
