Explanation: Hello, I woke up this morning and wanted to play Grand as I normally do. However, when I logged in, I saw that my account had received a permanent ban for “refund”. I was very shocked because I did not do anything and I never contacted my bank to request a refund or chargeback. At first I was very worried and scared that I would not get my account back. Later I noticed that there is an unban appeal option, so I wanted to use this chance to explain my situation. I sincerely hope that my case can be reviewed again, because I did not intentionally do anything wrong. Thank you for taking the time to read my explanation.
