2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) It has been several months since I joined this roleplay. Over this time, I have spent a lot of time in the state and with different gangs, which helped me gain valuable experience. I believe I have learned enough and am now ready to step forward and take on a leadership.
2) As Leader My goals are simple: to make Marabunta the strongest and most respected gang in the city by taking part in gang events, robberies, and other activities. With the experience I have gained over time, I believe I am ready to take on a leadership role and guide the gang in the right direction. If Im selected as leader I will treat everyone fairly, respect all members, and give people a chance as long as they follow the server rules.
3) I Want to take leadership of the Marabunta because my time in different state organizations has given me valuable knowledge and experience that can help the gang succeed in different situations. My goal is to make Marabunta active again participating every events, As leader I will respect the curator, follow the rules, and make sure my term is successful as last leader failure to do so.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Avoiding rules break in organization, And completing term without any verbal and warning.
2) Getting best deputies those who can help me to run my term.
3) I will make sure everyone is being treated equally no disrespect, and maintain peacefull.
4) I will make sure marabunta will attend every events and dominate it.
5) Completing all the weekly tasks on time.
