2.1 My time as the Under Deputy of Marabunta in the EN03 has given me great experiences as an event organizer, managing crews, and ensuring compliance with our rules, my ability to remain calm during events has helped guide me through tough events. I believe my ability to lead and manage will translate to leading our gang. I have also concluded that my best chance of accomplishing something great for our family is to join the Marabunta.
2.2 As Marabunta Hq is close to Main Ghetto i know the rules of Main Ghetto, my gang members by maintaining a good activity and not being toxic as i am a man of my work not words.
2.3 By becoming the Leader, I will set my goals to keep the gang on top. And won't let any other gang surpass me and my gang. I will provide equality to everyone and talk to them maturely to ensure their safety while having their best time ever in the gang.If there are any scandals in the organisation, I will always personally solve the situation and not make any conflicts out of it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will ensure that everyone gets their bonuses and that it should be reasonable.
3.2 My advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization is by not letting any of the gang members abuse their ranking powers.
3.3 I will introduce a better ranking system and recruit only well known players.
3.4 I will encourage all members to actively participate in gang events.
