Rose LaCosaa growing up on the outskirts of Los Santos I always wanted to wear a badge not to serve justice but to survive in a world that only cares for two things power and money One thing the streets taught me the law is just another business if you learn how to work it right I joined the National Guard with a clean record and a dirty mind It started as petty stuff a warning instead of a ticket a bit extra in the pay packet But I soon learned the power of a uniform Favor here blind eye there and suddenly I'm the man people call when they need something taken care of By day I keep the city safe by night I look after my own deals. Some call it graft I call it survival in a system that is not quite right Justice has its price and I just make sure its mine.

Rose LaCosaa grew up in Los santos watching the city's chaos from her small apartment window Life was never easy her father was a mechanic who disappeared when she was 5 and her mother worked two jobs just to keep the food on the table Since early in her life Astra learned that the world doesn't give away anything for nothing At age 05, she joined the National Guard hoping to change the system from within Outspoken brave sharp and unafraid to speak her mind-she quickly made more enemies than friends. Years into faithful service a realization dawned on her the badge doesn't always equal justice She was putting the same people behind bars who were being set free while those without power continued to suffer Tired of the lies Rose grew quiet then cold. She started working with individuals she used to chase gang leaders smugglers and even corrupt officials playing off of insider knowledge to build her own network Not for chaos but for control as she truly believed power was the only law in Los Santos Now Rose talks the thin line between good and evil one hand still holding the law the other holding a loaded gun under the table She smiles and plays the innocent but behind her eyes she's always calculating her next move Now I walk the thin line between order and chaos Some call me corrupt- I call myself realistic In a city full of liars and thieves well I just learned how to play smarter.
