Hello,
I was banned without investigation. I immediately contacted them, and Mr. Jonny Odds said he wanted to talk to me by vc at a convenient time. I immediately said I was available during the day, but I didn't receive a response. Then, not wanting to bother them, I wrote again a few days later, and they said I was under investigation. When I wrote today, they said my ban had been converted to a ban evade. I was new to the game, and I couldn't log in very often because of school. I want to know the reason. Thank you.
