I know it's a big message, but I hope you give me 2 minutes to read it

Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation to all the admins for the effort they put into my case after my account was hacked. The hacker wiped everything, starting from my car‑sharing business to my clothes, resources, and cars, resulting in a significant loss for me. I want to give special thanks to Nik, who handled my case from the very beginning until today. He made a big effort to reduce my losses, and I truly appreciate his dedication, support, and hard work. However, even though I recovered some of my items, I am requesting that the rest of my losses be reconsidered. As most of you know, I already went through a major loss two years ago because of bug abusers who caused serious issues in EN2. Thanks to the admins’ work and efforts at that time, those players were banned, and the situation was fixed. But despite that, I still lost all my stuff, including my black Lui Vi sweatshirt set that those players had bought from me. I was wiped on 600m, and that set now costs more than 1.3 billion. I also lost my gun store business and several other items, which cost me around 1b loss, which is incredible at that time.

At that time, I felt like everything was gone, and I had no motivation to continue playing. But because of my friends and the good times I had in this city, I returned and kept trading, doing everything I could to rebuild what I had lost. Over the past two years, since that incident, I managed to get my car‑sharing business, recover my clothes, and regain all my items. Now, all of that progress has been wiped again because of hackers, even though I had 2FA and authentication fully activated to protect my account. I am completely certain that I never shared my credentials anywhere, and this account is used only for Grand, with no involvement in any other place.

I appreciate receiving some of my items back, and I’m genuinely thankful to Nik for helping with that. I’m kindly asking for a reconsideration of the rest of my losses, especially my car‑sharing business and the high‑value items that seem to have been sent to auction and purchased by the government, meaning they essentially returned to the city system, since I now have a large amount of cash in my bank that I didn’t have before the incident. I believe there’s a fair path to restoring what was lost or at least compensating me at the auction value. With total losses exceeding 4b now and 1.7b before, recovering the business is particularly important to me, given how significant and painful this loss has been, as I cannot afford to buy it anyway after all this loss.

Please consider that I lost everything, even while I had my account secured already, and when I noticed that there was someone who hacked me, I reported to the admins to stop them immediately, and whoever did this was aiming to sabotage. This is the second time I’ve been harmed by something that wasn’t my fault, and I’ve lost everything I owned again. I appreciate what Nik helped me get back, but it still doesn’t compare to everything else I lost.
