I was muted yesterday for Toxicity for 2 hours. in that time i was running from the red zone to the hospital because someone rammed my car and it exploded. While i was running i was being followed by a person who kept talking to me while it clearly says im muted on top of my name and ID. This person was harrassing and following me from black market to street before hospital. by that time two of his friends pulled up ( Probably MG on their end) and started harrassing me and talking to me, again while i am clearly muted and cannot say anything. They were calling me B*tch, etc. they pushed and punched me and that is when i shot one of them who drove away while the other one was punching me so i killed him. and i was car rammed by his friend after who tried to VDM me. I could not explain myself to admin or anyone since i was muted and i was in that rp situation with them for about 2 minutes so i think it is very unfair to say i MASS RDM anybody when 3 people were clearly ganging up on a player who is MUTED. I hope you can bring some light as to why i was given my 3rd warning for this and hope you can reconsider and take off the warning, I know the rules and i was attacked first i would not attack anybody first for no reason especially while i am muted. These people were harassing me for the longest time and i could not stand up for myself as i am muted.
