Dear Curator,
I understand that this may not be the appropriate place for this type of notice. However, I initially attempted to resolve the existing issue through peaceful communication and internal procedures. Unfortunately, due to the lack of agreement and the inability to properly communicate regarding my case, I have been forced to initiate legal proceedings.
The reason for this action is that I have invested a significant amount of money into my account, and I believe that my case was not reviewed thoroughly or fairly. In addition, I believe that certain modifications and decisions made by the administration have been excessively strict.
I was encouraged to make substantial payments to the server, and ultimately my access to the digital assets associated with my account was removed. These assets were obtained through the platform and further payments were made in relation to them.
Furthermore, the permanent ban on my account was applied without a clear explanation or the presentation of verifiable evidence.
For this reason, I request that all evidence related to the permanent ban decision be prepared and made available for review by my legal representative.
In cooperation with legal counsel in Poland regarding this international matter, I am initiating legal proceedings in which additional information and documentation will be requested. This process will also involve obtaining information related to the actions of the following administrators:
Admin Nikola Armanii
Admin Aldin Verstappen
Additionally, evidence regarding administrative conduct and server management on the GRAND RP RS server will be requested as part of the legal review.
I would like to formally inform you that, following the rejection of my previous appeals and the lack of clarification regarding the permanent restriction of my account, I have initiated legal consultation and preparation for legal proceedings concerning this matter. The dispute concerns the permanent ban applied to my account and the associated loss of access to digital services obtained through payments made via the platform.
