Hello Admin Team,
I originally created my account years ago on my old computer at my previous house. because I didn t have much free time, i stopped playing and hadn t logged in for about three years. recently, i found the document where I had stored my old email and password
Initially, i just wanted to log in to check on my old account, but when i saw all the new updates and realized the game had grown to over 200k ids, i saw that my account was still in great shape. i was thrilled to have it back and started playing again. at the request of my close friends, i joined their family event (fam War) It was amazing to finally find something so fun to do and playing Grand RP with my friends was a great experience
however when i logged back in to prepare for the second round, I realized I had been banned. my friends explained the appeal process to me, which is why i am writing to you now.
please give me another chance. believe me, if I had known returning this way would trigger a ban, i would have been much more careful and wouldn t be bothering you now. i am truly sorry. pls don t deprive me of your amazing game; i just want to play with my friends and create more beautiful memories.
