Unban Request – Account ID: 307877

Dear Grand RP Administration Team,
I would like to respectfully submit an appeal regarding the ban on my account (ID: 307877). According to the ban message, the reason for the punishment is “Refund”.
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for the situation. I understand that refunds or chargebacks can cause serious issues for the server and its payment system. If my actions resulted in a violation of the server rules or payment policy, I take full responsibility for it.
I want to clarify that it was never my intention to harm the server or abuse the system. I truly enjoy playing on Grand RP and being part of the community. I have spent a lot of time on the server and it would mean a lot to me to be able to return.
If there is any possibility to resolve the issue (for example by reversing the refund or repaying the amount or a wipe), I am completely willing to cooperate and follow any instructions from the administration team.
I respectfully ask you to reconsider my ban and give me a second chance. I assure you that I will strictly follow all server rules in the future and make sure that a situation like this will never happen again.
