2. Why do you want to become the Leader of this Organization?​

2.1 Passion for the National Guard​

I have a strong passion for serving in the National Guard. NG is one of the most significant organizations in the city because of its military structure, discipline, and duty to defend the state. I would be able to devote all of my time and energy to enhancing NG and giving soldiers a professional and entertaining military roleplay experience if I were appointed leader.

2.2 Improving Activity and Roleplay​

Many people believe that the National Guard's primary responsibilities are ammunition supply and gatekeeping. By implementing more interactive roleplay scenarios, such as military operations, patrol missions, training exercises, and cooperative operations with other state organizations, I hope to alter this mindset as a leader. My objective is to establish NG as one of the city's most vibrant and reputable organizations.

2.3 Fair Leadership and Strong Organization​

If I were to lead, I would ensure that all members of the National Guard are treated equally. There would be no favoritism. Promotions would not be based on favor but rather on hard work. I would focus on creating a disciplined environment in the military. Every soldier would know his/her responsibility.

3. Advice for Improving RolePlay in the Organization​

3.1 Realistic Military Training​

In addition, I will ensure that training sessions are conducted on a regular basis to help soldiers improve their tactical skills. Some of the training activities that I will include in the training sessions are:

• Hostage rescue training
• Response training in the event of store robbery
• Base defense training
• Military convoy training
• Communication training involving the use of the radio

3.2 Department-Based Experience for Soldiers​

These new recruits will then undergo a probation period whereby they will gain experience from various departments. This will help them understand the role of each department. After the probation period, the soldier will then be free to choose the department that suits them best.

3.3 Strong Security at Fort Zancudo​

Both North Gate and South Gate will always be monitored by Military Police. Every person entering the base will undergo the necessary verification procedures, including:

• ID and passport checks
• Checking of trunks and backpacks
• PDA verification for wanted persons

This will ensure the highest level of security in the base and will help curb any forms of corruption in the organization.

3.4 Shooting Range and Combat Improvement​

The shooting range located near the ATC Tower would be used to train the soldiers. I would arrange shooting tournaments and accuracy challenges in which the soldiers would participate and compete with each other to attain the best results. The best-performing soldiers would be rewarded.

3.5 Collaboration with Other Organizations​

To increase roleplay across the city, the National Guard will maintain strong relationships with other organizations such as:

• Government
• EMS
• LSPD
• SAHP
• FIB
• Life Invader

Together we can organize public events, joint operations, security missions, and emergency responses, which will improve overall roleplay quality.

4. Departments and Responsibilities​

To maintain a structured military organization, the National Guard will operate through specialized departments.

Human Resources (HR)​

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and training new soldiers. HR will manage soldier records, promotion logs, and training programs. They will also ensure new recruits learn radio communication, military discipline, and operational procedures.

Military Police (MP)​

Military Police will ensure discipline, law enforcement, and base security. Their responsibilities include:

• Guarding base entrances
• Checking IDs and passports
• Inspecting vehicles and equipment
• Monitoring corruption or illegal activities

MP will ensure the military base remains secure and organized.

Air Force (AF)​

The Air Force department will handle aerial operations including:

• Air patrol and reconnaissance
• Removing unauthorized vehicles from base
• Transport and air support for operations
• Assisting other departments during emergencies

Para Special Forces (PSF)​

Para Special Forces is the elite combat unit of the National Guard responsible for handling high-risk situations such as:

• Ghetto patrols
• Hostage rescue operations
• Store robbery responses
• Counter-terrorism operations
• Military base defense

PSF soldiers will be highly trained and known as Red Devils, representing the most skilled combat unit in NG.
PSF Motto:
