Greetings to you,
I am filing this official complaint regarding the penalty imposed on me, namely the Blacklist PC Check. I consider this penalty unjust and imposed without a proper review of the evidence.
First, I affirm that I did not commit any violation warranting this penalty. When I was summoned by an administrator, I clearly requested a review of my POV and all my rehearsals, and I was prepared to provide all recordings and evidence to support my claims. Unfortunately, this evidence was disregarded, and I was penalized immediately.
During this period, I underwent three or four checks by different administrators, and each time they found nothing inappropriate—not on my account, on Discord, in the game, or anywhere else. Despite this, the penalty remained unchanged without any clear explanation or proper review.
What makes this matter even more serious is that the decision was based on false information relayed to senior administrators by a junior administrator, and the evidence was not verified before the ruling was issued. This is a clear injustice.
Despite all of this, I remained silent and respected the system throughout this period, even though I was penalized for something I did not do. It has now been almost a full year since this penalty was imposed.
During this time, I personally documented cases of officials acting dishonestly and presented the evidence to senior officials. Indeed, some officials were found to be corrupt and were held accountable after the evidence I documented was presented.
I still have recordings, videos, and clear evidence documenting everything that happened, in addition to the presence of current and former officials who can testify to what transpired.
Therefore, I request that the administration take this complaint seriously, as leaving the penalty unreviewed after all this time is a clear injustice.
My request is simple and clear.
Either a genuine investigation is opened and all the evidence I possess is reviewed, and if it is proven that I did not violate any laws, the penalty is lifted immediately .
Or I am given a final and clear decision regarding my case.
I am not asking for any special treatment, only justice and a review of the evidence before any judgment is issued. After nearly a year of silence, it became my right to know the final decision clearly so that I could make the appropriate decision on my part.
