Hope your having a great day. I am writing this because am facing an issue regarding my past which is lack of trust, resulted in rejection of my leader application. When my last forum related to blacklist appeal which was rejected, I lost hope and decided to take a break from the project. But recently, after 1 and a half year I made my mind to come back, to which I got to know that all the past age deceiving cases has been revoked by Bobby. To confirm, it has been announced on the main discord as well, also mentioned that, no need to make an appeal until it's an in-game ban (which mine is not).
So I found that NG is looking for a leader, so I thought why not go for it. So I applied, everything was fine until while reviewing, I was called to an vc by Sukuna and Frost, when I went there I found there was Shisui as well. When discussed I got to know, that I have been called for an issue regarding my social account. The same issue has happened in around 2023, where I explained everything to an ex senior admin (Darsh Patel). After talking to him in vc and explaining everything, he told me am clean and there is nothing to worry about, the case was closed. But now I got called for the same reason, yet I complied with them and did whatever they told me. After the conversation, they said for now your fine, if any further questions, we'll call you. To which I said alright and I left the vc. After few hours my application got rejected by Snapy, mentioning the reason, lack of trust.
So now after explaining my about my social to three different seniors, I feel like the main issue which is causing my rejection is my past rejections regarding my admin application. In my past I've done some mistake due to childish state of mind in around 2024. Later on I even tried to make an appeal which was rejected. But as of now, when I came back after my break, I got to know that all the age related deceiving cases has been revoked.
I know my case is a bit different coz of the mistakes I did or the childish steps I've taken in my past. Now am requesting you to give me a chance to prove myself that over the time I've made a lot of changes with my behavior and thoughts, so right now am capable enough to handle out the position of a leadership/adminship. Everyone learns from their mistake, and I did too. I just want to cover up my bad history and I want to contribute into the roleplay as much as I can while serving as a leader or an admin.
