2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I have served in FIB for many terms spanning over the years all the way from David Barnes, Tommy Slater, Khalil Mohamed etc. I started from Junior agent like everyone else and eventually worked my way up over the terms, eventually first getting Deputy Head of Department of HR, then 00 agent twice and then eventually becoming Chief of Staff. I have experience as High Command of almost all organizations including gangs, so I have a generally good idea of how gangs and LEOs work.
2- I have been part of FIB multiple times since the beginning of 2023 and have seen 13+ terms of different leaders. I have been there to see some insanely active and great terms but also have observed terms that did not go so well. I am well aware of what the core fundamentals of the organization are and what it needs and what we should prioritize for FIB.
3- Considering my past experience not just in FIB but also in the city, I have seen all sides of the city, both for the curators and as a player, I know what both sides want and what would help to satisfy both sides. My priority is always to give more control to the players and give incentives for roleplay. I tend and try my best to keep the organization fun, and try to interact with new people and encourage them to do the same. Roleplay and fun are the two core things that keep an org engaging for all players and actually help get more numbers.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Over the past few FIB terms, FIB has lost its prestige and the core fundamental, FIB was always intended to be the most elite and professional org in the city, consisting of the best negotiators, the best shooters, the best tactical teams, the best HR etc. I want to try and bring that feeling and fundamentals back to the org. FIB has only succeeded when these core elements are present and the players feel that as well.
- Trying out new layouts for ghetto patrols, special missions on the highway, crackdown on gang and criminal activity all over the state, good coordination with all other leaders and leading the way for all state organizations and bringing up state to the level that it was intended for. Right now, due to a lack of coordination between state orgs, we are struggling with good numbers and winning events. We are gonna change that, all the mistakes made in the past few terms, I will start rectifying and fixing up and turning state back to its former glory.
- I have appointed some of the best people I know that have served state organizations, I have a great team for each department and even for my high command roster. I plan to put people who can work together in similar departments to maximize coordination and strengthen FIB as much as we can. I myself and my deputies will closely help out all departments where we can, with great bonuses and rank structures. I value skill and experience over everything.
