Liebes Admin Team,
hiermit möchte ich eine Entbannung beantragen im Zusammenhang mit dem mir vorgeworfenen Bug-Abuse gemäss Regel Allg. 6.23 (Verkauf des Marktstandes aus dem Birthday-Event-Container vom Pier).
Zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs war mir nicht bewusst, dass es sich hierbei um einen Bug bzw. um einen nicht erlaubten Verkauf handelt. Ich habe den Marktstand über den Strandmarkt für ca. 3.000.000 $ eingestellt und verkauft, ohne zu wissen, dass dieser Gegenstand nicht gehandelt werden darf.
Ich wurde nach dem Verkauf darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es sich hierbei um einen Fehler handelte. In diesem Moment war ich unsicher, wie ich reagieren sollte. Rückblickend wäre es sicherlich die bessere Entscheidung gewesen, einen Engel zu kontaktieren, um die Situation direkt zu klären.
Ich möchte klar betonen, dass ich den Fehler einsehe und die Verantwortung dafür übernehme.
Gleichzeitig möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass beim Marktstand kein Sperrsymbol vorhanden ist, das darauf hinweist, dass der Gegenstand nicht verkäuflich ist. Zudem konnte ich auf dem Grand Discord keine ausdrückliche Information finden, dass der Handel mit diesem Item untersagt ist. Für Spieler, ist daher schwer ersichtlich, dass der Verkauf nicht erlaubt ist.
Es ist daher möglich, dass auch andere Spieler den Gegenstand aus Unwissenheit oder durch ein Missverständnis verkauft haben könnten.
Meine Handlung erfolgte zudem erst eine Woche nach Beginn des Birthday-Events am Pier. Der Marktstand wurde am 05.03.2026 um 11:42 Uhr im Markt eingestellt und verkauft. Aus Spielersicht entsteht dadurch der Eindruck, dass der Gegenstand regulär handelbar ist, da der mögliche Bug zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht behoben war.
Aus diesem Grund möchte ich zudem anregen, den Artikel „Marktstand“ aus dem Pier-Event technisch für den Verkauf zu sperren oder entsprechend zu kennzeichnen, damit zukünftige Spieler nicht versehentlich in eine ähnliche Situation geraten.
Ich möchte mich für meinen Fehler entschuldigen und bitte um eine Entbannung aus Kulanz.
Selbstverständlich bin ich bereit, den durch den Verkauf erzielten Gewinn vollständig zurückzugeben.

I would like to request an unban regarding the alleged bug abuse under rule Allg. 6.23 (sale of the market stall from the birthday-event container from the pier).
At the time of the sale, I was not aware that this was a bug or that selling the item was not allowed. I listed the market stall on the beach market for approximately $3,000,000 and sold it without knowing that this item was not supposed to be traded.
After the sale, I was informed that this was in fact an error. At that moment I was unsure how to react. In hindsight, it would certainly have been the better decision to contact an Angel to clarify the situation immediately.
I would like to clearly state that I acknowledge my mistake and take responsibility for it.
At the same time, I would like to point out that the market stall did not have any lock symbol indicating that the item could not be sold. In addition, I could not find any explicit information on the Grand Discord stating that trading this item was prohibited. From a player's perspective, it was therefore difficult to recognize that selling the item was not allowed.
It is therefore possible that other players may also have sold the item unintentionally due to a misunderstanding or lack of information.
My action also took place one week after the start of the birthday event at the pier. The market stall was listed and sold on March 5, 2026 at 11:42 AM. From a player's perspective, this could give the impression that the item is normally tradable, since the possible bug had not yet been fixed at that time.
For this reason, I would also like to suggest technically blocking the sale of the “Market Stall” item from the Pier event or marking it accordingly, so that future players do not accidentally end up in a similar situation.
I sincerely apologize for my mistake and kindly ask for an unban as a gesture of goodwill.
Of course, I am fully willing to return the entire profit gained from the sale.
