here the player ID 103163 at POV TS 01:16 he is the Deputy Director of FIB
and you can see I did not show my id to anyone I have left no traces but somehow I got the POV Request (SUBPOENA) ( attached hyperlink to the SUBPOENA )

its been 3 days I didnt understand how they know that I was the guy who did corruption, I knew it was MG,
so here are some more proofs of bodycam validity of Deputy Director For FIB Discord Server,

You can see the Proof no1 and Bodycam validity from logs of Oguz that the Clothes are different which means he is not On duty he was off duty (his badge no is different cause he got DD just 2days ago may be )

We had around 1hour Controversy with Poppy Lasombra ID 4150 who is Attorney general, I asked him DA Wants to see the Admissible and anonumous Evidence so he says he will not show the bodycam to DA he just keep arguing and keep making his own rules

the basis thing is our Deputy Director clothes are defferent when he was present at Beach Market,

permitted to review the Evidence by the permission of the Attorney General or the Judge(s)

as per the Evidence code New Bodycam Commands should be made after changing the clothes otherwise the bodycam evidence cannot be used / inadmissible evidence.

Poppy is saving the Deputy Director Oguz karahanli - 103163 from MetaGaming.

Today I got arrested and here are the statements by Deputy Director
Proof No 2 :

in proof no 2, Oguz Says, they requested the bodycam and I gave him OUT OF COURT which means ( OOC may be )

here some twists, How the Governament Knows that Oguz was present at Beach market and that too exact time ? if anyone from GOV was present there they could have confronted me, but they did not cause there was no one.

As per the Evidence code If anyone wants Bodycam of any Sitiation a Subpeoena of Information to provided to the officer (whose bodycam is required) ( I dont remember the Article No )
There was no Subpeoena to Oguz and he clearly Accepts in the Proof No 2 that there was no Subpeoena, and he said they requested it and I gave him - which is he is breaking IC laws and OOC Rules as well. - MG + Gr 6.1
and dear admin I want to see the POV of OGUZ, which is ICLy Valid, if not than its Meta Gaming

here Oguz Sabotaging his own org, by doing favoritsm by helping his close friend

I want to know why he gave his bodycam how he gave without any IC Procedure, Proper Action to be taken on him.

Exactly the reason why I left Grand RP. Some people in positions like our beloved AG/SCJ Poppy/Dante the IDIOT just twist the laws however it suits them or their friends. There are 2 SCJs and 1 AG in city but the AG and one SCJ are always same person Poppy/Dante which are not available at same time in city which makes it impossible to bring a Casefile against First Person.
Let me give my own example with Poppy. I arrested an NG guy who had 2 wanted stars and brought him to court. Instead of simply proceeding with the case, IDIOT Poppy literally said we need to investigate the “cause” of those 2 stars. Like… what? That whole thing dragged on for almost 2 hours and by the time it was over the stars had already disappeared.
I even said to him if someone in the city gets wanted stars, are you going to start investigating how he got them every single time? That’s literally the game mechanic. If someone commits a crime, they get stars. It’s that simple.
But instead of using common sense, the whole situation just turned into a waste of time. Moments like that are exactly why people lose interest in the server. When rules start getting twisted depending on who’s involved, it stops feeling like proper RP.

Also, IDK how the Leaders are selected nowadays who neither know IC nor OOC rules. At least admins should consider experienced and knowledgeable persons for leadership but again there is favoritism here.
