Matthew Blackheart End Of 2nd Term Statement
Where did that time go? feels like my term started yesterday. But besides that we have accomplished so much. We have had one of the most quietest terms without major drama, and we completed pretty much all our goals. Some plans did fall through but in terms of the big picture the state orgs as well as government are in a better state than before. Government is at its peak and having some of the best terms it has ever had in a long time and people feel it. The numbers and activity speaks for itself, 110 employees consistently throughout both terms and no major staffing issues.

Here are some of the goals we met as well as some of the goals we failed on.

  • New vehicles for government that have style.
  • Relaxed CCOP 13.13 to benefit LEOs and help state organisations a lot.
  • Managed organisation funding within government to a net positive.
  • IRS taxes currently made fair. More changes are still awaiting approval.
  • Completed 30 PR events over 2 terms.
  • Eliminated infighting within government using strict structures and having the right people.
  • Having 110 employees consistently.
  • Very good relations with all organisations.
  • EMS adrenaline program failed due to compatibility with citizens.
  • Gang rehabilitation program failed due to incentives and funding.
  • Revamping government HR systems due to incompatibility complications.
I will be continuing onto a 3rd term and maybe more... We will have to see what the future holds. A lot of the government employees are keen and thrilled to stay in government if I take a 3rd term which is fantastic news so I will be 100% taking a 3rd term. It has been a pleasure working with our fantastic staff in government in all departments and I want to keep it that way. But that's all from me. Cya at the gates. ;)
