Rejected Ban for GP 6.4

Hello, yesterday i got banned for GP 6.4, i would just like to tell you that it wasnt me on the account i got hacked, so i wasnt being able to know what would've happen, actually the entire day of yesterday i wasnt even on my pc and thats when i got hacked, i would like to be unbanned or just get under investigation 60 days and accept any pc check that would happen in case.
