Life Story:
Rocco was born into a wealthy family in Paleto Bay. His father was very rich, but after his fathers sudden bankruptcy Rocco joined gangs and learned about gang life, drugs, guns, robberies, and gunfights. He cultivated good relationships with the police and always managed to get away with it by bribing them when caught. However he couldnt earn as much money as his father through petty theft. He realized he could become a police officer through corruption and earn more money than his father To achieve this, he made deals with police officers he had previously met and joined the police force, continuing his career as a high ranking officer.
Career Story:
After joining the LSPD he initially remained normal for a long time, striving to rise through the ranks. Once he achieved a high rank he gradually began making deals with gangs, using what he had learned from his previous gang life. This allowed him to continue climbing the ranks very effectively and he began engaging in minor corruption. He continued to commit corruption to get jobs and constantly use his connections to advance in rank. By then, he had become the closest friend of the leaders and was known by everyone. And now he was thinking very different things he had reached the life he had lost.
