Life History:
Charles Sainz was born into a wealthy family in Los Santos. Over the years, he received training and mastered the use of weapons, cars, and helicopters. As time passed, his family's financial situation worsened. To support them, he joined the LSPD. However, the salary eventually became insufficient. Because of this, he got involved in dirty business and started making deals with gangs. Over time, his connections within the gangs grew, and he began receiving large sums of money from them. Giving in to his greed, he started taking bribes from everyone. One day, he was caught by his fellow officers, but thanks to his gang connections, he managed to frame someone else. After this incident, he became even more deeply involved with the gangs.
Career History:
Charles joined the LSPD with high hopes. In the beginning, he won the trust of the leaders with his discipline, stability and activity, and he quickly rose through the ranks and everyone started to befriend him because of his skills, and then his name got involved in corruption and he started to take bribes from everyone, and his circle of friends was filled with corrupt policemen and gang members, and now he became a corrupt policeman who lost his discipline. Charles was one step ahead of all the cops in the LSPD, so all the gang members dealt with him and Charles became a very rich man.
Outcomes:
1- Charles can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns,ammo,illegal stuff as bribe)
2- Charles can engage in illegal activities such as robbery and murder alongside his family members or friends, justified by his past experiences.
3- Charles is permitted to disobey and violate firearm laws and all IC laws established by the government and be able to use his position in LSPD while doing that.
4- Charles can carry, use, buy, and sell illegal items and weapons, including transactions through other individuals or the black market
