You recently helped me recover my account and provided me with a new email and password. However, when I tried to log in, I found that the account is blocked with a "SecurityBan" by Admin Jonny Odds from February 20th.

Since I now have full access to the recovery email you provided, I am ready to secure the account with 2-step verification immediately. Please could you lift this security ban so I can get back to playing and grinding?
