Hello,

My account has been issued an IP ban and flagged by the Anticheat system, which honestly feels like a mistake. While I completely agree that those who cheat or disrupt the gaming experience for others should be penalized, I have serious doubts about whether my case was handled correctly.

I would like to ask the following: Was my account actually investigated in detail? Was there any evidence of abnormal activity or reports of player harassment? Has my account history been checked for any prior offenses?

Furthermore, I have been using a VPN out of necessity. I am unable to connect to the server with my local IP due to a "black screen" error. I have sought help for this on the Discord server, but since no valid solution was provided, I had to find my own way to access the game. You can verify my inquiries regarding this issue on Discord.

I request that an experienced staff member with proper judgment re-examine my account and character logs. I am looking forward to a fair resolution.
