Approved Fail RP, CR, VDM | 431315

During the chase of 431315 he pulled out the gun infront of the doors and when i moved my car he went into house. Later When i tried to pull over another guy, 431315 did a CR that caused me losing control of my car. I blocked the engine cuz i was trying to use handbrake to control the car. Later when i gave demands to guy in car 431315 rammed into me with his car which caused me struggle with detaining another person.
