The Event Idea (Detailed):
The LSPD's PR team will release an announcement stating that a fighting event is taking place in Mirror Park, but before that, the LSPD will contact EMS to arrange for medical assistance. Then, all fighter candidates' passports will be collected and checked. After that, everyone will be lined up and will fight in a league like format. No actions that disrupt or break up a fight will be permitted. Players are prohibited from undergoing any health checks or using doping other than by EMS doctors. A security perimeter will be established. Officials will be able to immediately prevent any negative incidents that may occur in the vicinity.

How the Event Works:
Start Time: The event will begin at exactly 19:15.
EMS: We'll contact EMS, and one of the doctors will be waiting for those involved in the fight.
PR: The PR team will bring everyone to Mirror Park. Order: Everyone will fight in turn and according to their league.
Finally: If the fighter who came in first did not cheat at all, the prize will be given to them.
Rules of the Event: Everyone is equal: whether you arrive first or join the event last, it's the same. What matters here is brute force. Items: No illegal items or misconduct will be tolerated. Medical: Players are prohibited from using any medical or doping agents during fights. The important thing here is to use only the power one possesses.
No Criminal Activity: A high security zone will be established there, and killing or harming anyone in any way will be prohibited.
