Hi first of all,
I was roaming around my fam house there was a civilian standing on the road which the suspect (537960) kept ramming him on purpose and I tried to save the guy on the road. I was preventing myself to not react on this situation as he escalated the situation.
Also, kept telling him to not do this action which he continued to do it and as you can see in POV he is doing Mass CR and VDM.
