Hello admins,
I asked in Prime chat that if we can kill near events in purge, and admin said that I am asking about an IC rule. Can you explain me how it is an IC rule because as there are many forbidden and non forbidden rules of purge. For example according to one rule we cant kill inside hospital so if I do kill in hospital i will get punished by admin and getting punished by admin means breaking a OOC rule so i just asked in pc if i can kill near event i dont know how it is IC. I got killed near biz war so i just asked it I dont think its IC but if it is pls explain how.
