Respected admin as uhh can see in the pov i was in a situation then these guys show up first off all they did VDM then the 236847 does rdm all id’s uhh can see in the pov

Dear admin, I was not the driver of vehicle number 239311 and therefore I could not stop the vehicle. I asked a family member to pick me up from in front of the hospital and they sent (VDM). In this case, I believe I am not at fault.
