1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?

I have been playing GRP for around 1.5 years, mainly on EN2 and EN3. During this time, I have gained a lot of experience in both state and crime organizations. I believe this experience has prepared me to join the admin team.

Becoming an admin has always been one of my goals on the server. I have already achieved many of my personal goals in RP, including reaching high command positions in several organizations. Now I want to contribute to the server in a different way by helping maintain fairness and improving the overall roleplay environment.

I have strong knowledge of IC laws and server rules, and I feel confident handling different situations, even difficult ones. I have also actively participated in many events on the server, which helped me understand the community and how the server operates.

2. What are your strengths?

My biggest strength is communication. I can talk to people calmly, understand different perspectives, and help resolve conflicts in a fair way.

3. What are your weaknesses?

Sometimes I trust people too easily, especially friends. However, I am working on improving this and making more objective decisions.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

I can contribute by improving teamwork within the admin team and helping players with their issues quickly and fairly. I will also work to reduce processing times for reports and forum issues. My goal is to help keep the city organized and ensure a smooth experience for all players.
